Clean and wash the chicken. Add the cube of JUMBO Chicken with flour and water. Leave the Ferik to soak for 1 hour.
Chop the liver and the gizzard, mix with the onion, the pepper, the Ferik and the oil. Stuff the chicken with the mixture and sew up or skewer.
Cook in boiling water with a cube of Jumbo Chicken, an onion and a cardamom pod. Remove the chicken from the broth. Fry and serve.
